Energy Meditation Series

Have you been looking for something that will help you create the change in your thoughts, habits and life patterns to achieve the relationships and goals you are seeking? Learn life changing energy awareness & self-care techniques in this class series that will provide you with a valuable set of tools that help with relaxation and centering to reduce stress, quiet internal noise and increase your sense of well-being. These tools shared in this course both offer an effective form of practice as well as complement other forms of meditation.

Two classes upcoming. One on Zoom, the other in-person here in Idaho. In the zoom class, the first class is FREE — you are welcome to see if using an energy lens speaks to you. We’ll cover two techniques and some background. You’ll have access to recordings from classes for any ones you miss, and notes sent.

In the in-person class, we’ll meet three times. The first class is available as a drop-in if you’d like to check it out.
